Intuition (or inner-tuition) is the ability to understand something instinctively. Without the need for rational reasoning.

That means information that bypasses the rational mind.

Our inner tuition is always there. Giving us information without being conscious of it. It can come out of the blue, and then the rational mind kicks in and discredits it.

How does it do this?

By reminding us of what happened last time or telling us, we can't do that action.

Have you ever had a friend who often gets stuck in the same problem? Where nothing changes no matter what support you give?

Now, you may think and feel like a friend; you want to be there for them and not let them down.

But do you need to?

Does your inner tuition make you uncomfortable when you see their name come up on the mobile again? Do you feel a knowing in your gut or think, "They need to work this one out themselves"?

Between what you believe you should do and what your inner tuition informs you. It's often conflicting and feels like a tug-of-war.

You don't want to be a crap friend. Feeling guilt or regret, and then there's the possibility of losing the friend if you don't show up this time.

Yet, listening to your inner tuition and following it is EXACTLY what will help your friend the most.

Inner tuition is the inner compass that guides you to True North, the truth, and the correct action to take. Trusting that guidance is a skill that developed over time.

But how is this done?

Knowing thy-self is the first step. Knowing how you receive information is crucial to becoming aware of it.

Step two is learning how to access your inner tuition at your will.

This skill set is a foundation and practical. It will allow you to open up to more information and make better decisions in all areas of your life.

It's the skillset you were never taught. And it's vital now more than ever that we know ourselves and our higher guidance via inner tuition.
